A.J. Gregg is a graduate of the University of Western States where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is also pursuing continuing education in the Diplomate in Diagnosis and Internal Disorders (DABCI) program for Chiropractors with a focus on Primary Care. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) and achieved his B.A. in Health Management from Luther College.
A life long athlete, he loves finding new things to stay active. A collegiate wrestler at the NCAA DIII level he has since found activities such as biking, running, triathlons, resistance training, climbing and coaching to stay busy. He completed his first Ironman Triathlon in Madison, WI in 2008 and had his second finish in 2009.
A.J. has been practicing living a health promoting lifestyle for over four years. After weighing 220 pounds in 2007 he realized he needed to make some changes. He lost 60 pounds and has kept every pound of it off! His success can be attributed to extensive study and research into lifestyle change. He completed his internship after medical school at the TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, California where he practiced and trained along-side some of world leaders and teachers in lifestyle medicine. He devotes his own life and energy towards helping others learn how to live the strong, healthy, comfortable, and happy life they were meant to live.
He uses an evidence-based, conservative, non-invasive, and holistic approach to helping people reach their health goals.
